Come sail away….come sail away….come sail away with meeee! That’s what it’s going to be like today! I skipped the coffee, had a nice healthy bowl of fiber filled cereal with 1% milk and filled the water bottles. It’s only 9:30 and I have managed to suck down 23oz of water so far. GO ME!

On January 9, 2012, I decided to try out the Noom app I found in the Android Mark et. My beginning weight was 242.0 lbs. I haven’t done every challenge it has asked me to complete because of a recent injury to my foot that left me with stitches. However, I have done all the other little things without problems. As of this morning, January 18, I weighed in at 238.6 lbs. The little things really do make a difference. Don’t give up. Start small.
I am hoping that with the Noom app, support from others and also small personal challenges I give myself will lead me to my target weight of 145 lbs.
